The company holds First-Class Classification in Building Construction and First-Class Classification in Road Works, as accredited by the Yemeni Ministry of Public Works and Highways.
Under his leadership, the company has achieved remarkable milestones, most notably receiving the Best Performing Contracting Company in Yemen 2023 award after ranking first among contracting and road construction companies during the fifth edition of the Investment Awards.

Dr. Eng. Abdulrahman bin Mousa Al-Tassan is recognized as one of Saudi Arabia’s distinguished engineering and academic leaders. Holding a Ph.D. in Architecture, he brings more than four decades of professional and academic experience spanning real estate development, engineering, and project management.
Throughout his career, he has held several prominent academic and executive positions, including serving as a faculty member at King Saud University and later as Vice Rector for Projects, where he led the planning and delivery of major development programs in accordance with the highest engineering and management standards.
His strategic vision, executive leadership, and distinguished academic background represent a significant asset to Namir, strengthening the company’s ability to lead strategic developments, establish long-term partnerships, and deliver integrated engineering solutions aligned with international best practices.
